A kindred spirit!
In this post she speaks of a Bento box. It gives you compartments and I think I'm going to do a little research, buy me a couple and get the monkey and me on a better diet. Baby steps, but I would rather have little to no processed food in our diet.
Eating none processed foods is one of the many daydreams I have when I think of moving to Mexico... meat from an animal that was alive a couple of days ago is also a biggy for me!
